With almost 50 years of tradition, this stall in the Mercado de Jamaica prepares formidable pork carnitas, named in honor of the founder's daughter.
They are known for their rib, lean meat, and skin (cueritos) tacos. Their secret is finishing the meat in a steamer, making it extra tender.
