Kesabroso
Next to Plaza Meave in Mexico City’s Historic Center you’ll find Kesabroso, a street food joint known for bold, unconventional quesadillas packed with flavor.
The star is the Kesabrosa: a brain quesadilla stuffed with “tlalitos,” small bits of meat and chicharrón fried in lard for a crispy, rich bite.
Comidista Tip: Careful with the red salsa — it’s delicious but seriously spicy.
Open from 13:00 to 18:00, Monday through Saturday
