Petroleras la Güera
They are named "petroleras" because they were created over 50 years ago to feed the workers of the old Azcapotzalco oil refinery.
Petroleras are giant sopes, stuffed with beans, measuring approximately 30 centimeters (12 inches) in diameter.
Foodie Tip: Order it "campechana" style: with shredded beef on one side and chicharrón in salsa on the other to get the best of both worlds.
Open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 17:30.
