Barbacoa los Tres Reyes
With over 70 years of history, this is one of the most famous and respected barbacoa spots in Mexico City.
They prepare authentic Hidalgo-style barbacoa, highlighting the shoulder (espaldilla), spine (espinazo), and blood sausage (moronga).
Foodie Tip: If you like strong flavors, try the stuffed stomach (panza rellena) filled with finely chopped offal.
Open Saturday to Monday from 08:00 to 17:00. They have separate lines for dining in or taking out.
