Located at stalls 253 and 254 on platform 4, in the Flower Market of the Central de Abasto.
They were named this way due to their proximity to the market's garbage area. Their specialty is the chicken milanese torta with tuna salad, mashed potatoes, and sliced peppers (rajas).
Foodie Tip: Be careful with the rajas, because they are extremely spicy.
They set up every day from 06:30 to 12:30. It is best to arrive early, as lines are long and ingredients run out fast.
