Tacos Don Peter

Just steps away from the Polanco Metro station, on the corner of Temístocles and Horacio (right across from the Korean Cultural Center), you’ll find a street stall that is a local lifesaver. They offer tacos de guisado (stew tacos) and tacos de cabeza (beef head tacos) that are very good and perfect for a quick meal.

The stews change daily, but the classics are always available, served with a side of rice. The cabeza tacos are well-portioned and have that authentic homemade flavor that’s great to find in such a corporate area. The salsas do their job well and are clearly made fresh daily.

Comidista Tip: Don't miss the meatball taco in chipotle sauce (taco de albóndiga). It’s one of the menu's true highlights.

It gets busy during lunch hours, but the service is efficient. It’s a solid option in Polanco for a delicious meal on a budget.
