Tacos el Balín
With nearly 70 years of history on Eje Central in the Obrera neighborhood, this taquería is a Mexico City nightlife institution.
Their specialty is the "choricera" (meat confit pot), serving delicious suadero, longaniza, and mixed tacos, available plain or "special" (chunk style).
Foodie Tip: The secret here is the finely chopped suadero (not the chunks) paired with their iconic green salsa.
Open every day from 19:00 to 02:00. Be patient, as it often gets very crowded.
