They started almost 40 years ago selling 3 kilos of meat a day in Álvaro Obregón, and today they sell over 100 kilos daily.

Their specialties come straight from the "choricera": suadero, longaniza, and campechanos, either regular or "special" in chunks.

Foodie Tip: You must order a side of grilled onions; they are an absolute delight.

Open every day from 10:00 to 00:30. You line up on the side, and from there they assign tables.
