For over 60 years, Taquería Ramiro has been an institution, serving up excellent tripe tacos in the heart of Tepito.
The secret is that they slow-cook the tripe until tender, and then crisp it up perfectly on the griddle.
Foodie Tip: Pair your tacos with a cold tepache (fermented pineapple drink) or one of their fresh fruit waters.
Open Wednesday to Monday from 09:00 to 17:30. They have ample seating space, and the service is extremely friendly.
