Taquería La Brasa Ayuuk

Located in San Jerónimo Aculco, "La Brasa Ayuuk" is a traditional neighborhood taco shop where it’s common to see local families dining together. They prepare a wide variety of grilled tacos, as well as al pastor and stuffed potatoes.

The best part is that their tortillas are made to order, which significantly enhances the experience, and the staff is known for being very friendly. It has a quiet and authentic atmosphere that is a great find in the area.

Comidista Tip: The tacos in general are very good, but the al pastor and the chuleta con queso (pork chop with cheese) are outstanding.

They are open from lunchtime until night, although keep in mind they don't stay open as late as other taco shops in the city.
