Esquites Don Josué
On the corner of Xola and Eje Central, Don Josué serves some of the most famous and crowded esquites (corn snacks) in the city.
What makes them special are the toppings: bone marrow, suadero, rib, shrimp, and even bacon, depending on the day.
Foodie Tip: The bone marrow esquites are a religious experience; they are something every street food lover must try at least once.
